Shifting into positivity

There is a lot going on in the world, still. Personally it's become a little daunting witnessing the ugliness that is being shared all over social media. Let alone, on top of that, we all have our own stuff that we are going through. Life is it's own combination of beauty and messiness. In the hopes of spreading positivity I wanted to share a few helpful tips to help keep your vibe high!

When going through personal struggles sometimes we can dwell on the negativity or attempt to seek clarity outside of ourselves. When these situations arise I try to remind myself that I am a soul going through a human experience. There are plenty of situations or conversations that can be difficult but it's how we show up that is most important. I think it's easy for us to forget that we choose, everyday, what version of us shows up. For today, ask yourself, who do I need to be today? Know that you can cultivate whatever that is into your life right now.

Think of 3 words that best describe your best self. 3 words of who you want to bring forward. Are you; patient, caring, funny, understanding, loving, creative, reliable, honest? Now think of what steps you can take today to become this version.

Who do I need to be to become my best future self? What energy can I call in more of to become that version?

Affirm it! You can claim it out loud or write down your intention. I find affirmations so powerful. When you say "I am…" you are drawing the energy of that word into your being.

I know it's hard times at the moment but shine your light as bright as you can! We all need it right now.
