There are so many different types of oracle card spreads. I feel fairly new when it comes to oracle cards. I started using them 2 years ago, just for self guidance. Since then I have aquired 3 different decks in my collection. It fascinates me how each guidebook has different instructions on how to read your cards. When I was first introduced to oracle cards I was taught a 7 card spread. I was told to read the meanings of each card from the guidebook to see what resonated from within. And if that didn’t bring anything up to just look at the images on the card and use my intuition to feel what was coming up for me.  

I recently tried Rebecca Campbell’s “You Are The Oracle” course. One of the exercises was an 11 card spread called The Cosmic Cross. Did you catch that? 11 Cards! That felt so overwhelming at first. I have never done a card reading this big before. This layout can be used to get perspective on an area of your life or to look at what’s to come in 6 months time. It was truly amazing to see what my cards had to say about the not so distant future. I will definitely be trying this spread again!
