Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing
Forest bathing originates from a Japanese practice called Shinrin-Yoku. I like to think of this as a form of mindful meditation. It’s a simple practice of relaxation. Whilst being among the trees all you have to do is breathe and observe the nature that surrounds you. Essentially you are practicing mindfulness and connecting to the energies around you. Observe the natural pace of your breath, take in the sights around you and any fragrances you smell.
