High Vibe Techniques

What does it mean to keep your vibe high? To me it's a way to keep a positive outlook on things. Not everyday is going to be a great day. Things happen. Human emotions can be overwhelming. These human experiences can cause negative mindsets. Low level thoughts have a way to really bring our energy down and affect our overall mental, emotional & physical states. Altering the way you think about situations you cannot change can help raise your vibration. In turn it can help you see things more clearly.

High Vibe Techniques:

  1. Gratitude: Instead of thinking or speaking of things you don't have, show gratitude for what you do have. Count your blessings!

  2. "I am" Affirmations: When you say "I am this or I am that" whatever follows the "I am" you draw the energy of that word into your being.

  3. Be the Light: Imagine whatever color makes you happy and wash your body with that colorful light. Wash away any bleak vibes.

  4. Nature: Taking a walk or sitting outside can instantly boost our energy.

  5. Mindfulness Meditation: This can help us be more aware of the present moment.

  6. Music: Listening to some of your favorite songs can really shift your mood.

  7. Exercise: Moving our bodies can help release blockages.

  8. Just breathe: Allow yourself to feel all the feels and just breathe.
